Give us your Icon of the feedback page, THANK YOU for your contribution to Eye-2-Eye project research.

The purpose of the Guidelines is to communicate fitness-for-purpose knowledge to target audiences in an effective way for exploitation by equipment manufacturers, network providers and content providers. The Guidelines are represented at three fundamental levels:

Access to Guideline Format
  • Guideline Format: A representation of knowledge as a rule-based, semi-formal If-Then format. The aim of the Guideline Format is to be explicit and comprehensive of potential guideline information and to be prescriptive of expected user behaviours in communication situations when using recommended services with particular technical parameters. It consists of the core attributes:
  • IF <communication situation>
    AND <service prescription>
    WITH <technical parameters>
    THEN <user behaviour>

    Access to Guideline Set
  • Guideline Set: The individual guidelines together form a Guideline Set intended as internal data for the Eye-2-Eye consortium rather than for an external target audience.
  • Access to Guideline Presentation Format
  • Guideline Presentation Format(s): The presentation format is extracted from the Guideline Set in order to make them more easily accessible to the target audiences external to the project team.
